Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

We have a no return policy. Hence, once a product is bought, money cannot be refunded.

A product can be exchanged in two cases only: in case of a size issue, or if you get a different size from what you ordered. (E.g., you ordered a Small size and you received a Medium)

To avail of an exchange, contact us at business.make.believe@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Your request for an exchange should be received within 3 days and your garment should be received within 7 days of purchase. The exchanged product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Alterations:

No, once the product has been ordered, no alterations can be provided. So always refer to the size chart properly before placing your order.
