Images and Issues
We conduct a thorough quality check before shipping our orders. However, in the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if you encounter any issues, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item with a defect or damage, please email us at business.make.believe@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and description of the issue, and we will provide instructions for a return, exchange, or store credit.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please email us at business.make.believe@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect item and sending the correct one.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on:
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale.
- Gift Cards: No returns or exchanges on gift cards.
- Customised Orders: Orders that have been customized specifically for you.
